We are dedicated to fostering a supportive work environment that values professionalism and teamwork. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and personable Receptionist/Driver to join our team.
Job Summary:
As a Receptionist/Driver, you will serve as the first point of contact for our community, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for managing front desk activities, handling phone calls and communication, and assisting with administrative tasks; including creating key fobs, tracking visitors, access control and accounts payable. Also be a back-up driver as needed for outings and medical appts.
Key Responsibilities:
-Reception Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Manage and direct incoming calls, taking messages and relaying information as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Administrative Support:
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and documents as needed.
- Handle office supply inventory and place orders as required.
- Data Entry and Management:
- Maintain accurate records and responsible for uploading payables.
- Assist Executive Director as needed
- Customer Service:
- Provide support and information to clients and visitors.
- Address and resolve inquiries in a professional manner.
- Miscellaneous Tasks:
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or relevant field is a plus.
- Successful completion of Agency for Health Care Level 2 background screening.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
